By using the jsbakken.com Digitial Download Center (DDC), I promise to uphold U.S. and International Copyright Law. Upon purchasing music from the DDC, I will only produce and use up to the number of copies for which I purchased a license and will not under any circumstance produce or use more copies than the number specified when purchasing. I further understand that the license purchased and copies produced under that license are non-transferable, and that the copies I produce and use will only be used by myself and a single primary performing group with which I am associated, and not loaned or given to a secondary person or secondary group regardless of my association with said secondary person or secondary group. I understand that any violation of these terms may result in revocation of my right to use the Digital Download Center in the future, may invalidate my previously purchased licenses/copies, and may result in prosecution under applicable Copyright Law.
